build new habits
For years you've all joked that I'm "the queen of routines" and honestly…it makes me so happy!
I live for routines.
They give me structure so I can do more of the things I love each day and honestly they help me be the best version of myself.
That's because I create my routines based on who I want to be and build small daily habits, or micro goals, to help me achieve that.
The best part about routines is right in the name itself….after a while you don't even have to think about it, you just do it.You eventually go on auto pilot and it just becomes who you are.
Creating healthy habits means you can stop stressing about losing weight, eating better, or whatever else you feel like you want to change and start living life!
How to Build New Habits
Most of our daily life is a string of habits we've formed. Think about the things you do every day without fail. There are probably habits you love and maybe some you'd rather not have part of your routine.
The most important thing is understanding WHY these new habits are important for you. The first few pages of your LSF #GOALS Planner is the perfect place to start. It walks you through understanding what you really want your goals to be.
If you don't have your planner yet, grab it here and I'll send you the link to the exclusive workshop I did on all of this
If there isn't something driving you to do it, it will be much harder. From there, these steps below make it simple
