Hey guys! РI consider myself a skincare guinea pig for realz. I've probably tried at least 20 different products in the last two years.Crazy town.It's flipping hard to find one that actually works for my dry & SUPER sensitive skin without breaking out! I showed you guys this stuff on Instagram, but wanted to give some more deets on my3 step spring skincare routinew/ FRÉ!

I workout every day and my HBSGworkouts are no joke. I'm usually a sweaty hot mess and I love to workout outside.

The downside is that means I'm usually out in the sun surrounded by less than awesome LA pollution. Put these things all togetherand it can be pretty hard on your skin + cause unnecessary aging (waaaaaaah!)

Side Note: Sweating is good for your skin because it releases toxins from the body, buuuuuut it can also cause rashes and other less than great skin problems

For the past year or so I was using like 10 different things on my face trying to get that soft supple glowy skin and the results were so-so.

With traveling as much as I do, it's annoying having to tote around a ton of extra stuff.

Anyway РI started using the 123FRÉ setback in December and it's been amazing. I still use rose oil and a moisturizer at night,but I'm basically down to a3 step skincare routine with FRÉ otherwise.

This is the first step and for sure the most important. It's a lightweight SPF moisturizer that was literally designed for people who sweat.That's us girls!

#3 Revive Me
