I can’t believe I’m saying this, but summer is almost over ? Seriously though… how did that happen? I feel like we were just kicking it off and now it’s time to pack your bags. At least now you’ll head back to school with the perfect morning workout routine.

When school starts back up your days get super busy and exercising gets put on the back burner. With classes all day, homework and after school activitiesl, it’s hard to find a lot of extra time.
Luckily your workouts don’t have to be long to be effective. Even a quick workout before school will put you in a better mood, give you more energy and help you make better choices all day long.
