weight loss plateau
You’re working out consistently, you’re focusing on healthy nutrition… but still you hit a weight loss plateau. I’ve totally been there girl, I know it’s frustrating. But it is so common to feel this way and to put hard work in but not see the results you’re hoping for! This could be attributed to a few different things that I’m laying out for you in my new Youtube video, so you can make small adjustments that get you that overall transformation that you deserve!
I’m giving you 6 reasons in this video, and for the next 5, check out this new printable with everything you need to know to answer that pesky question of why you’re not losing weight. Trust me, I know it can be difficult and discouraging, but keep pushing forward! My favorite way to stay motivated during a time when I just want to give up is with the LSF Community. These ladies are so supportive and motivate me when I don’t feel strong, confident or good about myself.
What has worked for you in the past? Let me know the little adjustments you’ve made that have helped you in the comments!
Love the tips Katie! You are spot on. “Not eating enough” is still an issue that blows my mind. It seems counterintuitive. “I need to eat MORE, to LOSE weight?!?!” Definitely a sensible list.
It is so hard to break that mind set, I totally get it. That’s why I love the LSF meal plan for helping get into the habit and making it feel natural 🙂
Thank you for this! Such great knowledge and info. It really helps put a new perspective. on things! Been loving the GuiltlessNutrition guide.
Yay! Love that 🙂
Thank you Katie, this is so helpful. 🙂
That is very helpful. Though I find it very hard to apply these things. Several years ago (2016) I weighed 100 pounds, I’m 5’3″ but now I weigh close to 150. I am so sick and tired of being “chubby,” but can’t seem to change anything for long term. What do you think would help me?
It’s all a process for sure. Be patient with yourself and take them one at a time.
thank you. <3
Thank you for the tips! I am such a fan of your lifestlye, but I have a problem. I can’t stop over eating, I workout almost everyday and I eat healthy but I can’t stop eating junk food. I watch your videos and I’ve soo confident in myself but I don’t know how to stop over eating. What can I do?
Please help me out!:)
Hi Abeena! I would suggest trying to have healthy snack planned so when you get those cravings, you already have something made! There are tons of healthy sweets and treats in the recipe section under the nutrition tab 🙂
