Hydration challenge. Grab your bestie ’cause we’re starting a NEW CHALLENGE together this Monday!
Have you ever felt yourself dragging through a whole day, just absolutely exhausted, even when you got a full night of sleep? It’s just the WORST feeling ever, and it makes it sooooo tough to want to get that sweat on. This used to happen to me all the time and then one day it hit me: OMG I’m only drinking like three glasses of water per day!
Being dehydrated screws everything up. You feel sleepier, your metabolism doesn’t work as fast, your skin breaks out, and you probably have a bigger appetite than usual. Talk about self-sabotage.
We could all use friendly reminders to get our H2O on, and that’s the heart behind the LSF Day Drinking water bottle. It FLIES off our shelves, so that tells me you guys are seeing the light of good hydration! So we’re going to do something super fun: let’s hold each other accountable and give our bodies the water we need. Allow me to introduce….
The BFF 7 Day Hydration Challenge!
When? We’re starting this TOGETHER on Monday, May 14th!
Who? YOU and your water bottle
What? Drinking 4-5 full water bottles per day
Where? Um…everywhere. Your water bottle is your new BFF (get it? )
Why? You’re going to feel the difference between dehydration (blah) and full hydration (woo-hoo) and lock in a key healthy habit. Oh, and also…a prize for you AND your real-life best friend if you win ?
I even made you a cute little printable to help you keep track of your water intake! For each water bottle you finish, just color in one of the water bottles. Plus, there’s a space to write notes each day about how you feel so you can keep track of all the amazing benefits coming atcha’.
Quick note: 4-5 Day Drinking bottles is a good rule of thumb, but the main thing is to get the right amount for your body. An easy way to guess: take your body weight in pounds and divide that number by two. That’s the number of ounces you should shoot for, no matter what bottle you use! So, a 140 lb. woman needs about 70 oz. of water per day. You can totally do the challenge even if you don’t have the LSF bottle yet.

It’s been a long time since I’ve done anything #LSF related, including exercising. ? I’ve been having a hard time lately. Oh sorry 🙂 I was watching some video on your channel about what you have in your gym bag and You said about something like electrolytes/collagen powders sachets which you can add to water. I tried propel zero before but want something new;)
