quick workout. Happy Thanksgiving!
Today is a day to reflect on all the amazing things you have in your life (including this community of incredible women!!) but it’s also a day to EAT. That’s basically the entire point. To be together, to think about all the things you have to be grateful for, and to eat a whole lot. It’s kinda amazing, and kinda completely insane.
Your family might be the traditional type, or they might be going for the full Turducken (which makes me want to die a little, but no judgment ?). Either way, I highly recommend fitting in that workout nice and early so you have one less thing to stress about, and all the endorphins you could ever need to get you through hours of family time.
HIIT 200 Cals Away
I wrote you a quick workout that’s going to burn like 200 calories super fast! Because you’re probably a little short on time today, and I totally get it. And if your calorie count is going to be a bit higher than normal, shall we say, I want you to be able to torch through some calories and set yourself up for a genuinely guilt-free holiday!
