    Yes. SSU is a separate transformation experience that lives inside MOVE.

    As a MOVE member you:

    You are not paying again for what you already have. You are paying for a focused 6 week program to take your results to the next level.

  • What if I am a beginner or have fallen off my routine?

    You do not need to be in shape to start SSU. This challenge was built for women of all levels, who want to see results and are tired of starting over.

    Inside the MOVE app you will have:

    • Clear demo videos and coaching from Katie
    • Options and modifications so you can go at your pace
    • Support from the community so you are not doing this alone

    You can always adjust intensity and still get amazing results by showing up consistently.

  • How much time do I need each day?

    Most SSU workouts are around 30 minutes or less. You can complete them at home or at the gym.

  • Do I need a gym or special equipment?

    No. You can do SSU at home with very basic equipment like dumbbells and a mat. If you prefer the gym, you can take the program there too.

    Inside MOVE you will see what is needed for each workout so you can plan ahead and set up your space.

  • What if I cannot join the live coaching calls?

    You will get the most support if you can join live, but we know schedules are real.

    All coaching calls will be recorded and saved for you to watch later. You can still submit questions in advance and catch the replay when it works for you.

  • What if I have food preferences or dietary needs?

    The SSU meal plan is flexible and includes tons of options built for real life. The plan also includes simple meals with ideas for swaps.

    You can easily:

    • Swap proteins or carbs
    • Use plant based or dairy free options
    • Follow the structure while choosing foods that work for you

    The goal is to give you a clear framework, not lock you into foods that do not work for your body.

  • What if I fall behind or miss a few days?

    You do not have to be perfect to get results. Life will happen during these 6 weeks.

    If you miss a day or two, you can:

    • Pick up where you left off
    • Focus on your steps, water, and meals until you can jump back in

    The most important part is finishing the 6 weeks, not having a flawless calendar.

  • How do the prizes and grand prize work?

    Everyone who joins SSU is eligible for weekly giveaways and the grand prize, as long as they participate.

    To be considered for the transformation prizes you will:

    • Complete the challenge
    • Submit your check in and before and after photos
    • Share a short recap of your experience

    We look at effort, consistency, and progress, not just who gets the biggest results. This is about your whole transformation.

  • What is the difference between Standard and VIP?

    VIP is for women who are looking for more coaching, more support and more direct access to Katie throughout the challenge.

    As a Summer Shape Up VIP you will get everything in Standard plus:

  • What happens after the 6 weeks are over?

    By the end of SSU you will have:

    You can stay in MOVE, keep using your favorite meals, and build on the strength and habits you created. SSU is designed to be a launchpad for your new routine, not a temporary quick fix.

    You are also given a bonus 3 weeks in MOVE (9 total weeks!) to help you continue your progress and you'll get a 25% discount to our next challenge if you complete SSU!

  • What if I start the challenge and decide it's not for me?

    No worries! While we are confident you will thrive in this challenge experience, if you aren't 100% satisfied with it, just let us know within 7 days for a full refund.
