How much time do I need each day?
Most SSU workouts are around 30 minutes. You can complete them at home or at the gym.
If life is extra hectic some days, you can:
Move a workout to a different day
Walk and focus on your meal plan and water
Jump back in the next day without "starting over"
This challenge was created for busy women, not people with perfect schedules.
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
No way! You can do SSU at home with very basic equipment like dumbbells and a mat. If you prefer the gym, you can take the program there too.
Inside MOVE you will see what is needed for each workout so you can plan ahead and set up your space.
What if I have food preferences or dietary needs?
The SSU meal plan is flexible and built for real life. It includes simple meals with ideas for swaps.
If you are gluten free, dairy sensitive, or have other preferences, the plan helps you:
Swap proteins or carbs
Use plant based or dairy free options
Follow the structure while choosing foods that work for you
The goal is to give you a clear daily plan, not lock you into foods that do not work for your body.
What if I cannot join the live coaching calls?
