Spring Slim Down is a 6 week fitness and nutrition challenge designed to help you achieve your health goals in an attainable (and FUN) way! Spring Slim Down is hosted in the MOVE by Love Sweat Fitness mobile app, where you will complete daily workouts and challenge specific “Daily 10” warm-up moves and “Bonus Moves” to enhance your workout and maximize your results!
Each week on the @teamlsf Instagram there will be interactive content, recipes, workout tips & tricks, and most important of all, a community FULL of amazing women to hold you accountable!
