My Ultimate Fall Must-Haves List

Ideas for self care

Oh my gosh, it's finally really feeling like fall here! I love it when the temperatures start to drop and I can pull out my comfy sweaters or curl up on the couch with a heavy blanket and a yummy meal. It's such a cozy time of year!

And this chilly weather has me thinking of tons of ideas for self-care. Seriously, if this isn't bubble bath and tea weather, then I don't know what is. So I wanted to round up eight of my must-haves this fall. These are things I've been really loving that are making my fall extra special — and I think you'll love them, too!

So if you've been looking for ideas for self-care, I've got you, girl. Check our my fall must-haves!

Drunk Elephant Lala Retro‚Ñ¢ Whipped Moisturizer

This! Moisturizer! Rocks! I had a lot of fun in the sun this summer, but it left my skin feeling pretty thirsty. This stuff feels so luxurious, I can't even.

It doesn't just feel good, either. It also does good for your skin. Its secret comes down to a specialized blend of six rare African oils. These are super nourishing and they have antioxidants to protect your skin from damage, too.

On top of that, this whipped moisturizer has ceramides in it. These are basically fatty acids in your skin's barrier that help it lock in moisture and defend against outside forces like pollution and irritants. Without enough ceramides, your skin gets dry and itchy. So, basically, they're a must-have. And this moisturizer has them in spades.

Boscia Rosehip Omega Face Oil

If you're really looking for a way to make your skin feel great, pair that moisturizer with this amazing face oil. It's got a trifecta of ingredients.

First, there's rosehip oil, which helps your skin repair damage and restore collagen, the protein in your skin that keeps you from getting wrinkles! Then, there's rose oil, another collagen helper. And finally, it's got black cumin seed oil, which has a bunch of omega 3s and 6s, plus a ton of good vitamins and minerals.

I love this face oil because it feels super luxe and it leaves my skin so hydrated.

Exfora Microdermabrasion Wand

Microdermabrasion is one of the best ideas for self-care. It takes all the junk off your skin, including the outer layer of dead and damaged skin cells. That way, you're just left with your newest, freshest skin. Think: fewer imperfections like acne scars and a more even, radiant surface.

But getting microdermabrasion from an aesthetician isn't cheap. Don't worry, babe. This thing will do it for you at home! It suctions away dead skin cells in just four minutes. It's one of my fall must-haves to fight winter dryness and keep my skin looking its best!.

TAN-LUXE's The Butter

Speaking of keeping the summer glow going, I absolutely recommend The Butter. It's a self-tanner, but it's also an amazing hydrator and skin perfector. It's made from certified-organic ingredients and has cocoa and shea butter to keep your skin silky and moisturized. Plus, it has a bunch of essential oils and is safe for all skin types.

Basically, you apply it and you get seriously moisturized skin for 24 hours, plus you'll see your tan in about four hours.

And I have a Pinktober/Breast Cancer Awareness Month tip for you. If you apply your self-tanner in front of the mirror, use it as a time to perform a self-breast exam! Check for lumps as you're rubbing it in. And while you're standing there, look at your boobs with your arms at your side and above your head to check for any dimpling or anything else weird. Do this often and check for any changes to keep those breasts healthy!

Ember Coffee Mug

Oooh my gosh, this thing is a life-saver! I love having a hot coffee or tea once the weather cools off. But sometimes, I get so busy that my mug is frigid by the time I finish it. Thank goodness, now I have an Ember and my drinks stay hot ALL DAY. For real.

Basically, this is an app-controlled mug that keeps your drinks as hot as you like (up to 145 degrees F!) and charges on a nifty little coaster. Plus, you can use their app to track your caffeine consumption, which can come in handy if you tend to overdo it like I do.

This is one of my top ideas for self-care. With it, you can treat yourself to a toasty, comforting beverage whenever you want.

Derma Flash Razor

This thing gets rid of peach fuzz and fights wrinkles at the same time. How cool is that? Plus, it won Allure's coveted Best of Beauty award, so you can trust that it's legit.

It's basically a dermaplaning (read: deep exfoliation) device that clears away the bad stuff from your skin so you can look silky smooth. I swear, it makes your makeup go on flawlessly.

Pumpkin Clove Candle

Capri Blue candles are definitely some of my fave, and they have this perfect fall scent! And how cute is it??

I know candles are pretty cliché ideas for self-care, but there really is something about lighting one and enjoying that warm glow and an aroma you love. And with the perfect blend of pumpkin, orange, vanilla, and cinnamon, this one is definitely a must-have this fall.

Washed Cotton Duvet Cover

Speaking of ideas for self-care, if you don't have bedding you love, girl, it's time to invest! We spend so much time in our beds. It's just not worth dealing with uncomfy bedding!

This Urban Outfitters duvet cover comes in a bunch of beautiful colors and gets softer every time you wash it. Seriously, you'll be more excited than ever to crawl under the covers!

Fall is here, my dears! Let's all treat ourselves with these ideas for self-care. You seriously deserve it!
