Debloat and Get Rid of PMS Cramps

Simple Ways to Debloat and Get Rid of PMS Cramps

The bloat is REAL. We know we’re not alone, whether it’s something you eat or that time of the month…it gets us all. Luckily, there are some super easy ways to debloat and get rid of pms cramps for good! Belive me… you’ll feel a million times better!

1. NO(dium)

An extra sprinkle of salt here or a little dash there can cause some serious puffiness. Salt is definitely the biggest culprit when it comes to a bloated belly. It causes you to retain excess water which makes you feel like you’ve gained a few extra lbs…uhh pass! Season your meals with herbs and spices minus the salt, we promise you won’t miss it. Bye salt bae 😉

2. Stay Calm & Sip On!

I drink Natural Vitality Calm every single night. Calm is a natural magnesium supplement and magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer and stress reliever. I tried it for the first time about 4 years ago during a HORRIBLE pms and it seriously changed my life. It helps with the pain, I slept better and my bloating definitely went down. They have a new watermelon flavor too which is PERFECT for summer!

3. Drink up!

When you’re not drinking enough water, your body retains the water it has to prevent dehydration. Getting your drink on will bring your body back in balance and actually reduce water retention. We are big fans of “Day Drinking”, so keep a full water bottle with you at all times. Flatten that belly back out and look good doin’ it.

4. Eat yourself FLAT

Seriously though, the foods we do and don’t eat have a huge impact on that bloated feeling. You definitely want to avoid processed and fried foods but even some healthy ones like broccoli, cauliflower and beans can cause your stomach to get cray. Having the right healthy meal plan will fuel your body, while avoiding foods that cause bloating.

Tiger Balm is really good for cramps. I find it works for me. As it’s heat applied to heat, it warns the area of cramping.
