We all wish we were able to wake up right as the sun rises, full of energy, bright and ready to start the day.

But let’s be honest girl, most of the time mornings are a struggle with a messy bun and lots and lots of coffee. But a few easy adjustments can make that extra tap of the snooze button disappear! Kick off your day the right way- here’s our 3 fave ways to become a morning person!

Morning Person

Start the Night Before

To make the morning as smooth as possible, you gotta start prepping the night before! Spending a little time picking out your workout outfit for a morning sweat-sesh or your clothes for the rest of the day makes it a millioooonnnn times less stressful in the A.M. Also, might be pretty obvi, but putting yourself to bed earlier than usual is always a good idea and won’t leave you sluggish in the morning. Get those 8 hours of sleep per night babe!

Create A Morning Routine

Keeping your routine consistent and waking up at the same time everyday will help your body get into a natural rhythm to the point where you won’t even have to try! We know it sounds crazy now, but give it time babe! To make it a liiittle easier to start this routine, each day for a week set your alarm clock back 15 minutes until you reach the time you want to wake up. Give your body some time to adjust and we promise it will get easier and you’ll be up earlier no prob!

Have Something To Look Forward To

Okay girl, we know mornings are tough but having something to look forward to when that alarm goes off always makes a morning more exciting! It could be a yummy almond milk latte, that new vitamin C face oil and a cold jade roller, or your A.M. sweat sesh in the LSF app– find what YOU love in the morning and make sure it’s there waiting for you when you start your day!
