Love Sweat Fitness, Inc. (“LSF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or make a purchase from LoveSweatFitness.com (the “Site”), use the MOVE by Love Sweat Fitness mobile application (the “App”), communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our products and services.

Information You Provide to Us

Depending on how you interact with LSF, you may provide:

• Name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address
• Account and login information
• Order, purchase, subscription, and payment-related information
• Customer service messages and other communications
• Reviews, survey responses, quiz responses, testimonials, photos, and other content you choose to submit
• Information submitted in connection with challenges, giveaways, promotions, or other LSF programs

Payment information is generally processed by Shopify, app stores, or other payment providers. We do not store your full payment card number.

Health and Fitness Information in the MOVE App

If you choose to use MOVE features that involve health or fitness information, we may collect information such as:

• Workout activity, completed workouts, duration, and frequency
• Body weight, body-fat percentage, measurements, or similar progress information you choose to enter
• Progress or transformation photos that you choose to upload
• Fitness goals, preferences, and related information you choose to provide

We use this information to provide App functionality, track progress, personalize your experience, and improve our services.

We do not sell health and fitness information.

Apple Health and Google Health Connect

If you choose to connect MOVE with Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect, the App may read or write health and fitness information permitted by you.

Information obtained through those integrations is used only to provide and improve relevant App functionality and is not used for targeted advertising or sold to third parties.

You can manage these permissions through your device settings or the applicable health platform.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site or App, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

• IP address

• Operating system
• Device identifiers
• Referring pages or sources
• Pages, products, and content viewed
• Cart, checkout, and purchase interactions

6. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence

Our ecommerce store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify may process personal information to provide ecommerce functionality, payments, fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, advertising-related services, and other features.

We currently use Shopify Network Intelligence and related Enhanced Services. When enabled, Shopify may securely use customer information from our store together with information across Shopify to improve certain services, including personalization, advertising, fraud prevention, and commerce-related functionality.

No other Shopify merchant can directly access our customer data through Shopify Network Intelligence.

Where required, customers may opt out of certain uses of their information for targeted advertising or sharing through our Your Privacy Choices page.

We may work with advertising and analytics providers such as Meta, Google, Microsoft, and similar providers.

Depending on your privacy settings and applicable law, we may share or allow these providers to collect information such as:

• If you delete your account, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or de-identified from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal and operational requirements.
• Certain information may remain in backups for a limited period.
• Transaction records may be retained longer when required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

For MOVE, you may use the in-app account deletion feature where available.

Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the applicable subscription provider or app store.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information.

However, no method of internet transmission, storage, or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and App are not directed to children under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
