Ibiza. Long days and late nights.
Ibiza is the hub of goodmusic and night clubs, but it hasSOmuch more.Secluded beaches, amazing hiking trails and an adorable old town are just a few of it's gems.
We do some serious research before travel. If you saw Ryan's excel spreadsheet itinerary on SnapChat {LoveSweatAndFit} you know what I mean.
The Goal:Avoid tourist traps + dig deep into the authentic side of things.
♥ My Eating in Ibiza
Seafood is a staple. Madeclean eating much easier. The other staples? Goat cheese and cava!My kryptonite!
Here is the thing…. It's organic, grass-fed,LOCALcheese and the Spanish cava is cheap ($3 a glass!!) How do you turn that down?
Of course I could, but it'sVACATION!
I'm getting down on the bread and cheese more than expected, but only when it'sREALLYgood and fresh. It's got to be worth it!
Thekeyis making sure you keep it in check!
♥ Fave spotin Ibiza
I could live at El Chiringuito. Fresh watermelon juice, young coconuts, cava and hands-down theBESTsalad I've ever had. It's notjustbecause it was topped with fresh grilled goat cheese
♥ My Workouts in Ibiza
Travel days = tough to get in a workout.
Day 1 I managed to do my 300abs and some booty-lifting moves.Do what you can right?
We went to Amantethe second day for yoga andIT – WAS –GORGEOUS!!
After the morning runs, walking miles a day and traveling, a good stretch was exactly what I needed. It felt so good!
The next morning we ran 3 miles, did300 abs and danced for 3 hours at Space to the Basement Jaxx DJ set.
I'm a dork, but I 100% did standing abs and barre bootcamp moves in the middle of the clubhaha!
After dancing until 5am, an early morning workout wasn't happening.BuuuuuutI did do my abs before hoping on the plane to Mallorca so felt like a winner!
Of course I'm eating more carbs and dairy than normal. And yes, I'm drinkingWAYmore than normal, but all in all…feeling pretty awesome.
