This Privacy Policy describes how Love Sweat Fitness, Inc. (“LSF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from https://lovesweatfitness.com (the “Site”) or use the MOVE by Love Sweat Fitness mobile application (the “App”). By using our Site or App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account, make a purchase, or interact with our services, you may provide us with:

  • Account information: Name and email address
  • Order information: Billing address, shipping address, and payment details (payment is processed by Shopify or the applicable app store — we do not store your full credit card number)
  • Communications: Any messages, emails, or content you send to us through customer support or contact forms
  • Challenge and promotion entries: Information you submit when entering fitness challenges, giveaways, or promotions, including your name, photos, testimonials, and personal story

b. Health & Fitness Data (MOVE App)

When you use the MOVE App, we collect certain health and fitness data to provide and improve your workout experience. This includes:

  • Workout activity and exercise logs: We record which workouts you complete, duration, and frequency to track your progress and recommend content.
  • Body measurements: If you choose to log body weight, body fat percentage, or other measurements, we store this data to help you track your fitness progress over time.
  • Progress photos: If you upload transformation or progress photos, these are stored within your account. We do not access these photos unless requested by you. Photos are only used for marketing or promotional purposes with your separate written consent (such as through a Prize Acceptance or Media Release form).

All health and fitness data is used to deliver the core functionality of the MOVE App, including tracking workouts, displaying your progress, and personalizing your experience. We do not sell your health and fitness data to third parties.

c. Apple Health & Google Health Connect Integration

If you choose to enable integration with Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect, the MOVE App may read and/or write health and fitness data (such as workout sessions and activity data) to these platforms. This data is used solely to sync your fitness activity between the MOVE App and your device’s health platform. Data accessed through Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect is:

  • Used only to provide and improve the App’s core fitness tracking functionality
  • Not sold to third parties
  • Not used for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the App’s functionality

You can enable or disable this integration at any time through your device’s settings or within the MOVE App.

d. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site or use the App, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

  • Device information: Web browser type, IP address, time zone, operating system, device type, and unique device identifiers
  • Usage information: Pages or screens viewed, referring websites or sources, how you interact with the Site or App, and the dates and times of your visits
  • Cookies: Data files placed on your device that often include an anonymous unique identifier. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
  • Log files and analytics: We use Firebase and similar analytics tools to collect information about App usage, crash reports, and performance data to help us improve the App experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and App, including delivering workout content and tracking your fitness progress
  • Process transactions and send related information such as purchase confirmations and invoices
  • Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries, sending service updates, and providing information about products, services, or promotions that may interest you
  • Personalize your experience and deliver content and recommendations relevant to your interests and fitness goals
  • Screen for potential risk, fraud, and security issues
  • Analyze usage trends to improve our products and services
  • Administer challenges, giveaways, and promotions
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information with the following third parties to support our operations:

  • Shopify: Powers our online store and processes transactions. Shopify’s Privacy Policy
  • Google (Firebase & Google Analytics): Provides app analytics, crash reporting, and website analytics to help us understand how customers use the Site and App. Google’s Privacy Policy. You may opt out of Google Analytics here.
  • Advertising platforms: We may share certain information (such as email address or device identifiers) with platforms like Facebook/Meta to deliver targeted advertising about LSF products and services.
  • App stores: Apple App Store and Google Play Store process payments for App subscriptions. Your payment information is handled directly by these platforms.

We may also share your information as required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests (such as a subpoena or search warrant), or protect our rights.

We do not sell your health and fitness data to any third party for any purpose.


4. Data Retention

We retain your personal and health data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

  • Active accounts: Your data (including workout history, body measurements, and progress photos) is retained for the duration of your account.
  • Cancelled subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription but do not delete your account, your data will remain stored so that it is available to you if you choose to resubscribe.
  • Transaction records: Subscription and purchase records are retained as necessary for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely to improve our services.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time.

  • In-app deletion: You may delete your account using the “Delete Account” feature within the MOVE App. Upon account deletion, your personal data, workout logs, body measurements, and progress photos will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.
  • Email request: You may also request data deletion by emailing contact@lovesweatfitness.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
  • Backup retention: Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion before being fully purged.
  • Legal obligations: Certain records (such as transaction history) may be retained longer as required by applicable law.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the applicable app store or your LSF account before deleting your account.


6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate information
  • The right to request deletion of your information
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
  • The right to opt out of targeted advertising

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.


7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and App are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
