What to Wear in Aspen

What to Wear in Aspen

I am not a snow person. I had no clue what to wear in Aspen or how to even pack! Give me a bikini, crop and cut off shorts and I’m a happy camper.

Anyway, packing for Aspen was a nightmare. Hah. I honestly didn’t even know where to start. I was trying to mange fitting everything in a carry on, which I failed at. When your boots and jacket along fill up a small suitcase it’s near impossible.

I obviously wanted to be cute, somewhat stylish and100% comfortable. Furry hooded jackets, comfy boots, flannels and beanies were my jam.

Ryan got be a bunch of beanies for Christmas so I was good on those, but needed jackets and shoes!

I found this jacket and these Ugg boots at Nordstrom rack/ HauteLook. On SALE! The jacket was $89.99 and the boots were $69.99 (normally like $160!) BOOM! I love a deal!

Since Aspen is all about that Apres Ski life, these Goldsheep Clothing leggings were also a must!

Um… Would you believe this jacket is from Abercrombie!? I haven’t shopped there since middle school, but this was too cute to pass up!

The boots are Steve Madden on sale for… ready for it?… $30!

I also LOVE these ski leggings and top from Sweaty Betty! They have some amazing snow gear that is super stylish too!

I couldn’t find everything, but here are some similar looks you can still grab! Click on the photo below to see all the looks!

Pack as light as you can and realize, although Aspen is a little fancy, the dress can still be casual! People are hopping on and off of the slopes all day. Popping into a nice restaurant or bar in your ski gear is totally acceptable!
I brought the two jackets, two pairs of boots, one pair of jeans, and a few sweaters. Simple with the right outerwear ready to go!
