My name is Katie Dunlop and ill be your REAL Health & Fitness coach. My number one priority is to bring realistic approaches to living a healthy life. A little bit about me…I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with a passion is help others live a fit, healthy and balanced life. I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am to share Love Sweat & Fitness with you! No one body is the same and my goal is to help you discover your perfect body, while having a lot of fun along the way!

For years I struggled to find the right balance in my life. I was constantly battling between my love of food and my desire to be in better shape. After trying every fad diet there was I finally said enough was enough! There had to be a better way to do this that doesn’t involved such extreme measures, I want to enjoy life afterall! It turns out that while not always easy, the formula is simple. All you need is a little Love, Sweat and Fitness! These three things are what helped me lose over 40lbs and keep it off for good!
LOVE is all about my passions. The things that motivate me. My husband, friends and family, gorgeous sunsets, delicious food and a great bikini!
SWEAT is when we jump the hurdles. These are the mental and physical obstacles that we all have to overcome in order to start making the change we want. That conscious effort to get up early to squeeze in some abs or choosing a side salad over fries while telling ourselves we CAN do this and actually making a plan to DO it. Making the decisions to do something and follow through are the moments that determine whether or not we will be successful
FITNESS is the work. The things we do each day to see the changes happening. This is the physical work we put in to strengthen our bodies. Training longer, increasing weights, adding a mile, trying a new workout…The action you take to achieve the results that will make you feel great inside and out.
Whether you are just getting started, or you’re a super fit athlete, Love Sweat & Fitness will bring something more to help you stay on track and live a fit healthy life. Along with my fitspiration, I will be bringing you killer workouts, delicious recipes, nutritional guides, music and more! You will share in a community of women from all over, with varying fitness levels, who, just like you, are looking for something that really works in their busy lives. I know first hand how hard it can be to make the changes necessary on your own, and now you don’t have to! If you have questions, ASK! If you’re having a tough week, tell me about it! If you need quick tips, substitutions and workouts, I’ve got them for you. And if you simply need some daily encouragement, Love Sweat Fitness is your place. Ultimately, YOU are what makes LSF special to me. I am itching to share what I have learned; The good, the bad and the ugly of getting healthy. I’ve been there. I’ve done it all. I’m glad that I found your web page because now I am working out with your videos and following your tips about healthy life. Right now I am doing the Summer Sizzle Challenge and to be honest you are killing me and I love it. I work out every day since 5 years ago and I moved to United States 5 months ago and I was struggling with the food here but finally I think I am on my way to be healthy again 🙂

Hi Katie. I got your nutrition guide a few days ago and I have done a couple of your workouts so far. My main struggle is kicking the sugar habit. What do I do when the cravings come? I know how bad it is for me, but it’s so hard to resist! Any tips would be helpful! <3
Hey Cat! That’s awesome! I know how hard sugar can be to kick. It is definitely very addictive. At first, the best thing to do is find healthier substitutions. Whether it’s an apple with almond butter or a protein bar that taste like a treat, you will need to start eliminating it as much as possible. It’s not easy, but the more you can just say no, the better. After a few days or weeks you will truly stop craving so much. Hi Katie! I got on YouTube to look at my Subscriptions and I came across your morning routine video on my recommended to watch. I watched your video and it opened up my eyes to the fact that I want to be fit and live a healthy lifestyle.
