Thank you Katie for these workouts. I’ve noticed I’m more likely to do the workouts if I only repeat a video 1 or 2 times. And switch it up with another one. Like 2 videos a day and repeat 1or 2 times instead of doing 1 video 4x. You’re amazing thank youuuu

Hi Katie!! Question – If I am just starting the HBSG and meal plan TODAY (AH WOO HOO!!!), should I be doing to Weekly videos too, or should I stick to just those HBSG workouts only for now??
