Wasn’t the final day for the challenge last week? Or was this the extra week??

Question on repetitions of the workouts…
Monday says workout time 15-20 minutes. The video is 12 minutes and says to complete 4 total times. That would be over 40 minutes. Are we supposed to do it four times?
Similarly, Tuesday says workout time is 20 minutes, but repeating each of the videos 4 times would be way longer than 20 minutes.
Can you help to clarify?! Just feeling a little confused. Thanks so much!!!
