A New Week of Workouts to Keep Challenging & Changing Your Body!

Now is not the time to stop, but slowing down a bit can actually help you get even better results! If you’ve ever tried to lose weight and have gotten stuck you know how frustrating a plateau can be. It can make it feel impossible to lose those last few pounds, but I promise it is not! The weekly workout schedule will mix things up and even slow them down a bit to help give your body the rest it needs to reset and get over that plateau!

There are 3 weeks until the unofficial kick-off to summer so we’re going to be pushing through week 6, 7 and then 8 of the Hot Body Sweat Guide right up until Memorial Day when the summer feels really start soaking in!

I’m a yoga beginner. Can you post the yoga flows on your stories so we can see how the movements go together? That would be AMAZING. Or do you already have a yoga video on YouTube that these are in?

Looks great I don’t know which one to start this workout or my new I just downloaded HBSG also what is LISS I haven’t really ready or went through the HBSG yet

I have been doing this work out just for a couple of days so far and i am really enjoyin it!!! I have struggled with finding a good workout program and i am so happy i found you!!! I cant wait to see what comes up next 🙂
