I’m a bit confused on how to do the heel taps, do you mind explaining them a little more?

Thursday: Side Plank Elbow taps … any modifications? My butt and thighs are way too heavy and I’m not fit enough (yet) to barely life my mid-section off of the ground. I can do 3 before my shoulder can’t do anymore. I can’t focus on abs because it’s too hard on my shoulder.

I struggle with planks as well. I broke my arm in February and am still building strength back.
