It’s Your Lucky Week!

Saturday is my bday and I have a fun weekly workout schedule planned for you girls to help me kick it off! We’re getting a little extra sweaty so we can celebrate Spring Break, St. Patricks Day and my bday in true LSF #LiveGuiltless style!

This Week

Each day you’ll have a set of exercises or a video to complete and your Hot Body Sweat Guide workout for that day.

The daily workouts are a great bonus to add in to challenge your body even more!
