Weekly Workout Schedule

Oh hey March! I can barely believe we’re about to head into March, but it’s my birthday month so bring it on!

This week I am re-starting the Hot Body Sweat Guide from week 1. I’ll be doing 3 rounds of each and using a bit heavier weights. Did you see the mini workout on my story last week in Miami? I’ve been using 15lbs for most HBSG exercises, but remember it takes time to work up to increasing weights. That’s the best part of the guide… You can do it without ANY equipment or take it next level as you get stronger and stronger!

This Week

Each day you’ll have a set of exercises or a video to complete and your  Hot Body Sweat Guide workout for that day.

The daily workouts are a great bonus to add in to challenge your body even more!

Looking forward to another week of awesome workouts with you.😍 Just a quick question: for Thursday it says arms & cardio but shows abs moves? Is the arms included in the HIIT Cardio video & we should then add the ab moves? Also, is there another challenge coming soon?😃😎
