If you ever feel like the days go by too fast and maybe you forget to take the time to tell them how much they mean to you, this is your week! Valentine's or Galentine's, it's a day to celebrate the people who matter most!

This Week

Each day you'll have a set of exercises or a video to complete, one#LSFlotsofloveself-love challenge and your Hot Body Sweat Guideworkout for that day.

The HBSG is the most effective workout plan available. Whether you started it with me on January 1st or are just getting going, do your HBSG as your main workout for each day. The daily workouts are a great bonus to add in to challenge and change your body even more!

We've been focusing on self love all month long in tons of different ways. It's a lot easier to tell yourself that you love your winning personality than it is to tell yourself you love your thighs and mean it… but they are equally important! Being able to truly embrace your beautiful body is the first step to making REAL change. You have to love yourself enough to want the best for your body and take the steps to get there.

Today I want you towrite down 3 PHYSICAL things you love about your body. Jot them down on a post-it and stick it somewhereyou will see each and every day. Snap a selfie showing us yours and hashtag #LSFlotsoflove Sometimes doing something that makes you a little uncomfortable is the BEST way to grow!
