Mondays get a little cray! Start your week off right with a little self-love and motivation!

Write down 1 major goal you want to accomplish this week.

Take a Flexin’ Selfie to remind yourself how strong and amazing you are!

Post on your LSF instagram account {If you don’t have one yet, check in your Sweat Starter LSF-SweatStarter-2017 to see how to set it up}  Share your goal for the week in the caption. Use hashtag #LSFMadeItMonday so we can know how to cheer you on!

Then do this quick tummy workout 2-3x {Total Workout Time 20-30 min}

It’s super important to wake those glutes up BEFORE you get your sweat on!

Take a hike, go for a walk or bike ride and enjoy yourself! While you’re your there, show us where you sweat!

Take a fun picture of you getting your sweat on! It can literally be ANYWHERE! Somewhere random (ie. airport or baseball game), somewhere beautiful or just somewhere you love! Let’s show everyone that all you need is YOU to feel strong and confident!

Katie- Thanks so much for this! I appreciate the reminder to take a flexin’ selfie to remind ourself of how strong we are. No one would look at me and think I need to get in shape, but just being small and not having a lot of fat doesn’t make you fit. I too struggle with feeling confident in my own skin and need the reminder to appreciate where I am! AND, kudos to encouraging us to take Sunday off. Question…and I hope this isn’t rude sounding, ’cause I don’t mean it that way: can anyone get a booty like yours? I have an hourglass figure, but my booty has always given me trouble 😉 It’s not as high and well-shaped as I would like. I do plenty of squats (can’t do lunges) and butt workouts, but feel like nothing makes a huge difference….suggestions?

Hey Katie,
Question, so I’m a college student and live at home during the summer, I was just wondering how I could still eat healthy when I don’t buy my own food? Could you possibly do a video on ways to eat healthy without protein powder or stuff people might not have in their houses? That would be great. Anyways thanks for the workouts.

In week two of HBSG and already feeling leaner and stronger!! These daily workouts have been great add-ons to do with HBSG. Not gonna lie though.. it’s super tough at times, but oh so worth it. Thanks for all the hard work you put into LSF to make our lives better too.
