How long have you been part of Team LSF? What challenges have you participated in?
I have been a part of Team LSF since August 2018 and have participated in Summer Shape Up, the October BOOty Challenge, and now Sleigh The Holiday!
What is your favorite LSF workout to do? What’s your favorite workout video of Katie’s?
My favorite LSF workouts are the booty workouts! I love them because I can really feel every muscle working and the ache the next day is so worth it! My favorite video of Katie’s is the Hot Body HIIT Cardio workout. The first time I tried it I was so exhausted, but it made me develop a love for HIIT workouts I never knew I had before.
What is your go-to LSF recipe?
The maple latte protein bites are my go-to snack now whenever I’m craving the perfect fall treat!
What is the hardest part of working out for you?
Consistency is the hardest part for me because I workout once I get home from work at night and it can be hard to get myself up after a long day.
What are your problem zones?
My two problem zones are my arms and my lower abs because I had never strengthened them before. I can happily say that after starting my fitness journey with LSF, I can now do 20+ pushups in a row!

I have lost 25 pounds! I have also gained a newfound confidence and feel so much better about myself. I have gained a love for fitness and find that I look forward to my workouts because I actually enjoy them and taking care of myself now! I decided to get the HBSG because I wanted to have a plan to keep me on track with my workouts. When I have a plan I am more likely to stick with it and not fall off the wagon.
What made you want to decide to join Team LSF?
When I first came across Katie’s YouTube video about her weight loss story, I really felt like I could relate to a lot of what she mentioned and I decided that it was time for me to change my “why” and get in shape for the right reason.
What is your best advice for other girls trying to start up a fitness routine?
Be consistent and always push through any procrastination because, in the end, it will be so worth it.
What keeps you motivated?
How great exercising makes me feel, my progress, and of course my wonderful husband who is by far my biggest supporter.
