How CRAZY is it that you’re almost done with Summer Shape Up?! Power through this last week with major motivation courtesy of our babe Brianna, who has some *major* transformation pics to keep you going.
How long have you been part of Team LSF?
I discovered it almost two years ago now, but did my first challenge – the Spring Slim Down Challenge – this year.
What is your fave LSF workout?
I love using the resistance bands! They are so handy to have but you really get a great workout in. My favorite video of Katie’s is probably the Hot Body HIIT Cardio workout with no equipment, OR the Inner & Outer Thigh Barre Bootcamp video from the Spring Slim Down! But I really love all of her videos so it’s hard to pick.
What is your go-to LSF recipe?
Oh man, I love cooking and Katie has some amazing recipes, and I’m vegan, so a lot of her recipes can be made vegan really easily. Like her Mexican Quinoa Bowl which I LOVE – I just substitute tofu for the chicken breast and it is amazing. My other favorite recipe is the black bean burgers from the HBMP Vegetarian.
What is the hardest part of working out for you?
Hardest part is definitely staying consistent. Once I’m dressed and ready to work out, it’s easy and fun for me. It’s the getting to the gym and getting out of bed part that’s the hardest, especially if I’m sore. But I usually just scroll through Katie’s instagram to motivate myself.
What is your problem zone?
My tummy area! It’s always been my biggest problem zone and biggest insecurity. But following clean eating and the Hot Body Sweat Guide has really helped to flatten it out.

What are the 3 best effects you have seen from using the LSF guides?
Best 3 effects are feeling better inside and out- eating right gives me more energy, and with Katie’s whole ‘guiltless’ approach to food, it’s made healthy eating fun and super easy. Second best effect is feeling more confident in myself, physically and mentally. There is something about completing a workout and finishing and entire week of working out when I never used to, that makes me say “I’m awesome, I did it!” Third best effect of using the guides is learning consistency, and how easy it is to add working out to my routine and daily schedule. How easy it is to eat healthy. Another benefit of LSF in general is the community that it has, and has given me.
What is your best advice for other babes trying to start up a fitness routine?
The first week is the hardest, but don’t give up! Even if you’re tired, sore, or think you can’t do it, or if you’re worried you won’t see the results you want fast enough- Stop all the self doubt, because you can do it! After finishing one consistent week, you will realize how good you feel and how strong you are! Just think to yourself- ‘a month from now, a year from now, what will I wish I had done today?’
What keeps YOU motivated?
The entire LSF community that I found after the LSF Spring Slim Down! My accountability group still talks everyday on Instagram messages, and we definitely keep each other motivated! It’s also great seeing everyone’s posts. I also love looking at my before and afters and seeing how far I’ve come, and remembering how far I can still go!
Anything else you want to share with the babes in the LSF community?
Love Sweat Fitness is the best! It’s the first time I have ever stuck with working out, because I used to hate it. Now, thanks to LSF and Katie- I love it!
