Warm-Up/Stretching
20 Walking Lunges (hold weight overhead)
20 Forearm Plank Knee Taps (tap knees to floor then straighten legs)
20 Ab Jackknifes (each side)
20 Frog Hops
10 Spiderman Planks (5 on each side)
20 Step Ups (each side, stepping up onto a bench or wall try adding weight)
20 Toe Taps (on back, with feet straight up, lift and crunch to tap toes)
15 Explosive Burpees
