Spring Break Body Burn

Warm-Up:

  • Burpees 10 – 12 -15
  • Jumping Jacks 10 – 12 – 15
  • Mountain Climbers 10 -12 – 15

The Workout:

  • Squat with Shoulder Press 10 – 10 – 10
  • Tricep Dip on Chiar 10 – 10 – 10
  • Oblique Jackknife (on each side) 12 – 12 – 12 – 12
  • Alternating Lunges with Bicep Curl (on each side) 10 – 10 – 10

*Complete warm- up first
*Go from top to bottom of workout and complete all 3 rounds.

the numbers at the end of each exercise (10-12-15)… that’s how many you do, right?
