Not for long! Blend up this amazing, energy-boosting smoothie to put that pep back in your step!
Before you look at the ingredients and wonder why I’d put BEETS in a smoothie, hold up! Beets have gotten a bad rep! Dwight K. Schrute knows this and now you will, too. ? So many women are anemic without knowing it (blame it on that time of the month…) and an iron boost from beets helps bring back some of your sparkle.
Collagen is my best friend
You babes all know I love me some collagen! Here’s why: it has the amino acid glycine which promotes an efficient metabolism. Translation: more ENERGY! ?
The final ingredient in this amazing smoothie: pitaya. You girls know from the smoothie bowls that pitaya is a nutritional powerhouse! ? It’s got healthy carbs, protein, omega-3s, antioxidants, and VITAMINS! (And it’s a good thing, or I’d be exhausted from just writing that list! ?)

Gimme a BOOST Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup beet, peeled and chopped
- A packet of frozen pitaya (or about ½ cup)
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup coconut water
- A scoop of Vital Proteins collagen protein
- Optional: oats! For an extra energizing, extra filling smoothie
