Grab someone and have some Christmas Eve fun! You’ll be surprised which friends and family members will totally be down for a little fit Christmas challenge.
Today we’re doing a Christmas 5k (3.1 miles) and this video 1x just for fun! You can walk, run, jog or ice skate your way through, but get those legs moving.
Even walking, if you keep a good pace, you can finish it in about 45 minutes and get back to being cozy for Christmas Eve.
For Thursday, do we have to follow the pictures or do the HIIT workout?
