HOW TO GET YOUR START | BEAR CRAWL

  • Come onto all fours, table top position.
  • Press your palms firmly into the ground, tuck your toes and hover your knees.
  • Move your left hand and right foot forward at the same time.
  • Then move your right hand and left foot forward together.
  • Continue moving forward and challenge your self to move backwards. Try to keep your back straight and core engaged. It’s a fun & challenging move!

I want to reduce my thigh muscle. Any specific exercise you would like to recommend?

Aw thanks girl!! In general, cardio will help reduce some of that muscle if you aren’t doing heavier lifting. Try the HIIT workouts in the HBSG or YouTube 🙂
