Truth! I can’t tell you how much I wish everyone would watch this video and actually understand these effects. I admit I once was also wanting to try a fat burner and I did for about a month. Of course I seen results but for only that month. I have since stopped I only now take my regular multivitamin and omega-3. I also work out everyday and yes maybe the results aren’t as visual but I feel the healthiest I have ever been and that’s the important thing. Love the video Katie…such an inspiration!

Katie, thank you so much for this information. A very good good friend of mine who owns a gym and has been a personal trainer recommended to me a whole line if supplements. Including build, burn, and detox pills. She is extremely knowledgeable and educated. So based on her advice I started taking them. I so regret it. It’s as if my body went backwards. I started getting terrible headaches and not sleeping well. I haven’t felt good. It has not worked out well for me. I’m frustrated.
