Detox Smoothie recipe
Ingredients:
- 1-2 capsules of activated charcoal, broken open (or ½ tsp loose powder)
- ½ cucumber
- ½ apple
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Ice or frozen cauliflower as needed
- Protein powder optional
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together! Might look a little scary but it is SO good….promise ?
