Detox Smoothie recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 capsules of activated charcoal, broken open (or ½ tsp loose powder)
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ apple
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Ice or frozen cauliflower as needed
  • Protein powder optional

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together! Might look a little scary but it is SO good….promise ?
