These are my favorite easy overnight oats! They’re such a great way to make sure you get a protein-packed breakfast, no matter how short on time you are! Most people skip breakfast because they feel like it’s too hard to wake up early enough to make something worthwhile. Well…. no more excuses girls!

I made this recipe on SnapChat {LoveSweatAndFit} the other night and had SO many of you messaging for the recipe. Here it is! I have tons of overnight oat recipes so I will definitely share more soon!

Hi Katie, can you tell me which neutral protein powder you use for preparing your receipts (lunch or dinner)? I alreay ordered the Garden of Life RAW Protein Powder Vanille, but I’m searching for a neutral one.

Thank you for your help! 🙂

I love yogurt ant oatmeal. I thing their a power duo. Oats are prebiotic and yogurt probiotic. I’m gonna make these for my hubs so he gets a solid breakfast. He usually just grabs an apple :0(
