Overnight oats. These are my favorite easy overnight oats!

They’re such a great way to make sure you get a protein-packed breakfast, no matter how short on time you are! Most people skip breakfast because they feel like it’s too hard to wake up early enough to make something worthwhile. Well…. no more excuses girls!

I made this recipe on SnapChat {LoveSweatAndFit} the other night and had SO many of you messaging for the recipe. Here it is! I have tons of overnight oat recipes so I will definitely share more soon!

Ingredients:

3/4 c Almond or Coconut Milk

1/2 c Plain 0% Greek Yogurt

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 c (1 scoop) Vanilla Protein Powder

1 c Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 c Rolled Oats

2 Tbs Chia Seeds

1 Tbs Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (optional to top in a.m.)

1 Tbs Slivered Almonds (optional to top in a.m.)

Hi Katie, can you tell me which neutral protein powder you use for preparing your receipts (lunch or dinner)? I alreay ordered the Garden of Life RAW Protein Powder Vanille, but I’m searching for a neutral one.

Thank you for your help! 🙂

Which protein powder do you use being that you have hypothyroid? I ask because I do as well and what something to take and I cannot stand the taste of pea protein. Thank you in advance!

Thank you so much for the info. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and came across your page. Thank you for what you do. Are all these receipt friendly to people with hypothyroid and your receipt book?

Oh okay, yes I was looking into that book and was wondering before I purchased. I have been reading so many things about staying away from dairy….so I thought whey protein, milk etc. Was a no.

That is a tough one Trisha! There aren’t many direct alternatives when it comes to yogurt, but you could try Almond Yogurt which is out there now 🙂

I love yogurt ant oatmeal. I thing their a power duo. Oats are prebiotic and yogurt probiotic. I’m gonna make these for my hubs so he gets a solid breakfast. He usually just grabs an apple :0(
