Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

I'm so excited to share this Galentine's Day inspired HEALTHY version with you girls!

My friend Laura at Naturally Healthy Desserts made the recipe for #teamLSF and I know you are going to love them!

  • Chocolate
  • ¼ cup refined coconut oil, melted 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons yacon syrup
  • ¼ cup coco powder 
  • 1 mini heart shaped silicone mold or (18-24) mini cupcake wrappers


  1. Mix all wet ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Add cacao powder and whisk until well blended.
  3. Use a measuring spoon to distribute 1/4 teaspoon of the chocolate mixture into each mini cupcake wrapper.
  4. Place on a tray and then transport into the freezer.


Helpful Hint

A little bit goes a long way with the chocolate sauce. Let the peanut butter be the star of these candies. Peanut Butter Cups are best enjoyed straight from the freezer.
