Elvis Protein Pancakes

ELVIS PROTEIN PANCAKES RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon

*Add almond milk as needed to reach pancake batter consistency

Directions

  1. Spray pan with coconut oil cooking spray
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Scoop batter to form pancakes on a hot griddle.
  4. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. Topping: In a bowl mix walnut pieces, a few sprinkles of cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey.
  5. Spread organic peanut butter thinly on cooked pancakes and top with fresh banana slices and walnut mixture
