Sometimes it can be hard to remember that this whole process is so worth it. But in light of last week's motivation challenge, it seemed v appropriate to remind you just how much you can accomplish. So….

How long have you been part of Team LSF?
Since just before the Spring Slim Down Challenge.
What is the hardest part of working out for you?
Finding the time, I have a very busy schedule and trying to figure out how to fit everything in can be difficult.
What is your problem zone?
My stomach and thighs.
Tell us about your progress with Love Sweat Fitness:
I feel much stronger. When I started the challenge I also started working on a yoga flow, the same moves everyday, just to see if it got better. At the beginning I could only hold my plank for two breaths and yesterday I held it for twenty. I feel like I have more energy and I can do the exercises all the way through during the videos, whereas in the beginning I would need to stop for breath.
I also feel stronger mentally. I tell myself I'm going to come home from work and work out and I do! Before I would have never done that. But now I actually feel myself craving a workout. Instead of laying on the couch and watching tv I'll do my exercises while I watch.
I also see myself making healthier choices. I don't tell myself I can't have anything, but I always have it in moderation. My body also has started craving more healthy food. Sometimes the idea of going to fast food or getting a soda makes me sick, whereas before I would have loved it. But I know how gross it makes me feel now compared to healthy food.
Tell us the three best effects you have seen from your Spring Slim Down journey…
1. Confidence: Its really helped me to know what I can do, how far I can push myself and that's given me a ton more confidence.
2. Physical: I've dropped an entire dress size and that really feels awesome.
3. Mental: I've been dealing with depression and workouts have really helped me with that. The positivity of this community has also been so amazing.
What made you sign up for this challenge?
It sounded like the jumpstart I needed to get into working out more seriously. I'd been wanting to do it for a while, but I needed some help. And the community drew me in.
What is your best advice for other girls trying to start a fitness routine?
Join the community. The sense of belonging and the help you receive is amazing and so incredible motivating.
What keeps you motivated?
Motivation is my number one problem. But keeping focused on my goals and seeing how much progress others have made really helps. Staying active in the community really helps.
Anything else you want to share with the LSF community?
I love you all so much. Without Katie and the LSF girls I've met, I would never have been able to make any of these changes. I've started a new chapter in my life, and I'm so excited to be doing it with these amazing ladies.
