Ingredients:
1/4-1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup frozen berries (blackberries and blueberries are best)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbs flax seeds
1/2c water
1/4c almond milk
1 tsp raw honey
Directions:
- In a small sauce pan, bring water to boil
- Place oats in boiling water and begin to stir for 1-2min
- Add in the frozen berries, flax and protein powder
- Continue cooking for another 2min or until oats are cooked through
- Place in bowl and top with almond milk and honey
*This can also be done in microwave if needed by placing all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cooking for approximately 2 min
