  • Take Before and After Photos & Measurements: This is the best way to SEE your progress. Click Here for more on how to take the perfect pictures to track your transformation. This is SOOOOOOOOO important!! 
  • Tag Your Photos: Tag @LoveSweatFitness and use the hashtags #LoveSweatFitness & #LSFhotbody so I can see how you’re doing along the way! I will be giving away fun prizes sporadically throughout the challenge to the most engaged girls so keep the posts coming! **Remember, if you are private on Instagram I won’t be able to see your posts. If you are not comfortable sharing your photos on your personal Instagram account, try creating a separate fitness one! I know there are lots of girls who have started making ones like LSF_Name or Name_LSFgirl etc. This way all your #LSFsisters can see your progress, but you don’t have to share it with all your friends and family.

MUST Do’s To Get the Best Results:

  • Drink about 2-3 liters of water each day
  • Eat a clean diet: If you need help getting started with this checkout my Guiltless Nutrition Guide. I give you a grocery guide, recipes, food journal, sample meals and more to help you learn how to make clean eating easy and delicious!
  • Always warm-up: I’ve made a video with some of my favorite dynamic stretches to warm you up and get ready to rock!
  • Stretch after: Stretching is essential after a workout. I also HIGHLY recommend foam rolling. Your booty is going to need it! Here is a fun video I did introducing you to foam rolling!
  • Add some weight: As you become comfortable with the exercises, try adding weight to help you see even BIGGER results.
