Creamy Pecan Pie Smoothie

I don't even know if I like pecan pie, but ILOVEthis smoothie! Tastes so good you'll feel a little guilty drinking it, but you don't have too! This is a clean, delicious treat you can enjoy anytime!

CREAMY PECAN PIE SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup pecan halves
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp. flax meal
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (or more if needed)

Directions

  1. In a blender, add pecans, chia seeds and flax and blend until nuts are broken down
  2. Add banana, milk, ice, cinnamon, vanilla and dates and blend until smooth
  3. Depending on desired thickness, add more milk or ice
